DESCRIPTION:OVERVIEW \nJoin us for a relaxing sound bath experience in the serene setting of Selby Abbey’s St Nicholas Room.  “Who knew Sound could be so Good?” \nA “Sound Bath”  is an immersive meditative sound experience.  It’s good for the mind and it’s good for the soul.  It promotes positive mental health and can raise your vibration.  I try to take you on a journey of self-discovery\, you may see colours\, you may have an emotional release\, you may even meet people and being on your journey.  Your journey is personal to you; to one kept for oneself or to be shared\, the choice is up to you. \nThe Sound bath lasts approximately an hour\, but I’ve allocated an hour and a quarter so as not to be rushed. \nThere are contradictions that come with every type of healing\, please read all the questions.  If you are unsure if you can attend\, please consult your Doctor.  My list of contradictions does not preclude anyone from not attending. \nDon’t forget if you are wanting to attend\, you’ll need to bring a Yoga Mat or comfortable chair\, a blanket and a pillow.  I cannot provide these otherwise I wouldn’t have any room for my instruments. \n  \nTo book tickets please use the following link – https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1978412509072?aff=oddtdtcreator
