Sound bath Experience

A “Sound bath” is an immersive meditative sound experience. It’s good for the mind and it’s good for the soul. It promotes positive mental health and can raise your vibration. I try to take you on a journey of self-discovery, you may see colours, you may have an emotional release, you may even meet people and beings on your journey. Your journey is personal to you; to be kept for oneself or to be shared, the choice is up to you.

The sound bath lasts approximately 55 minutes to an hour, but I’ve allocated an hour and a quarter so as not to be rushed.

There are contraindications that come with every type of healing, please read all the questions. If you are unsure if you can attend, please consult your doctor. My list of contraindications does not preclude anyone from not attending.

Don’t forget if you are wanting to attend, you’ll need to bring a Yoga Mat or comfortable chair, a blanket and a pillow. I cannot provide these otherwise I wouldn’t have any room for my instruments.
